All services are provided at prevailing economic rates, subject to change based on market conditions. Payment is due within specified days from the date of the invoice unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Services will be rendered as specified in the contract or agreement. Any changes to the scope of work will require a new agreement and may incur additional charges.All client information will be kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of providing the agreed-upon services.
